Why RSPL Won

RSPL was recognised for pioneering the private sector application of the Czochralski method for growing semiconductor-grade crystals in India - a technology previously exclusive to government laboratories such as BARC and CSIR.

• First private Indian company to grow semiconductor-grade Silicon single crystals using the Czochralski method
• Successfully developed Germanium substrates for IR optics and defence applications
